In the Hotel pod Zámkom in Bojnice on May16th – 18th 2018 occupational health and safety experts met at the International Conference INCOBOZ. The organizers were the civic association Common vision, BOZPO, s.r.o. and the Automotive Industry Union under the auspices of the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic, Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic, with the professional guarantee of the National Labor Inspectorate of Košice and the State Labor Inspectorate of the Czech Republic.
The three-day program of the conference was divided into coherent blocks in which participants recognized the issues of safety and health at work and the safety of technical equipment as well as good practice examples whether it was the automotive industry or the construction industry.Within the framework of enhancing and streamlining the performance of the National Labor Inspectorate (NIP), they adopted the concept of NLI activity by 2020. Ing. Karol Habina, NIP General Director, stressed that his priority is to improve the protection of workers at work.Jaguar Land Rover R & D Technology in Nitra Managing Safety for Assembling and Launching Technology, Wolfgang Holmann, Director of AME (Advanced Manufacturing Engineering), delivered his lecture. Presents have learned from a short video of how to train workers and operators.
Ing. Bulla, PhD. lfrom IP Nitra has provided a comprehensive cross-section of the requirements of legislation on the protection of life and health, including the labor rights outlined in practical examples and practical experience.Good practice in the realization of monolithic constructions was the lecture title of Doc. Ing. Pavel Svoboda, CSc. from the Czech Construction Coordinator Society. The realization of the monolithic construction is one of the dangerous processes of construction, since it is work at height.
The aim of the lectures given at this conference was pointing out problematic areas and suggesting solutions. A rich discussion has indicated that participants are interested in addressing safety issues while seeking optimal solutions and ways to ensure and improve the safety of employees at the highest possible level and without an injury.
